Showcase Shopping Center Developments
Tallen Capital Partners, LLC (TCP) is a privately owned, entrepreneurial retail and mixed-use investment and development company. They needed a website to reflect their professional results oriented environment and showcaseg shopping center and mixed-use projects, and leasing opportunities.
Mary Jane of MJ OBrien Design worked closely with the Tallen team to design a website which reflects the company and showcases its business. Site colors were pulled from the Tallen Capital Partners logo and used to accent the clean and contemporary layout.
On the homepage the image slider of artist’s renderings of projects under development invites users to explore further. The scrolling logos of TCP tenants highlights the caliber of retail centers developed by TCP.
