Seasonal Updates

judypapparel.com retail clothing website seasonal updates - saidthespider.netFour to five times a year Judy updates her website with women’s clothing for the new season. Mary Jane O’Brien and I just completed the updates for the Winter, and Resort seasons. Judy’s classic clothing designs are offered in gorgeous new colors, and presented in beautiful photographs taken in lovely settings. Mary Jane has acted as photographer, and graphic artist for many seasons, and her work showcases Judy P Apparel’s styles to their best advantage.

An existing site coded in HTML/CSS, we update the content on www.judypapparel.com without changing the underlying site coding. Last year Mary Jane updated the site design, without changing the layout, and I made the CSS and HTML coding changes.

This season we added a LookBook, and photoshoot video to the site, as well as updating the homepage slideshow with photos of Winter, and Resort season dresses and tops. Then Mary Jane designs and creates eblasts to let Judy’s customers know about the new clothes available.

PV Booster Clubs annual fundraiser supports Academics, Arts, and Athletics at Palos Verdes High School - HTML/CSS website developed by Patricia Gill saidthespider.netThe PV Booster Club website was looking a bit tired, and was a challenge to update for the continually changing roster of parent volunteers. As webmaster for pvhigh.com, which is supported by the Booster Club, I was asked to develop, host, and maintain a site with a fresher appearance. The site was developed in HTML/CSS.

Pages were added to provide information about the Catch the Wave event, The Booster Club’s major annual fundraiser. Catch the Wave pages were styled to coordinate with the event theme for the year. Members and supporters could make donations, and buy tickets for the dinner event using PayPal.

Many of the photos on the site are supplied by industry sources.

RBH Insulation HTML/CSS website designed and developed by Patricia Gill saidthespider.net in 2010Patricia Gill designed and developed RBH’s HTML website in 2010 with static photos, and simple pages of information about insulation products and installation. The main navigation menu was layered over the main site image.

In 2012 RBH wanted to replace the static main photo with a slideshow which required a site redesign to move the main navigation menu which cannot be layered over the slideshow images. They also wanted to add videos for users looking for more information about building insulation.
