Whether your products are meant for industrial use or the everyday consumer, they can be offered for sale in an online store on your website. WaterMag is a new product from FilterMag, an Arizona company selling oil filters for use in machinery used in mining, oil and gas, manufacturing and power generation industries. Their latest product is WaterMag, a molecular water absorber which will get the water out of hydraulic systems.
When FilterMag was preparing to launch WaterMag, they asked us to add pages and products to their existing WordPress website. From product photos to product pages, we produced professional results. WaterMag filters and carriers can be purchased individually or in kits on the website.
Redirecting the watermag.net URL to the product landing page on the filtermagindustrial.com allowed FilterMag to add this content without developing a separate website, and keeping the company family of products together online. Website users can arrive at WaterMag products directly from watermag.net and from the Industrial Products men on filtermagindustrial.com
The individual product pages provide multiple views of each product and kit so purchasers have a clear view of exactly what they are purchasing. Clicking on any image pops up a box allowing users to click through larger versions of all images.
Professional and clear product descriptions provide use information and product specifications.
Check out WaterMag and see if you can use it in your vehicle. To explore adding a store or shop to your existing website, contact us!

A few years ago I developed a website to showcase Jackie Randel’s artwork. It was a simple site with a homepage slideshow. Jackie wasn’t sure if she wanted to sell gicléé prints of her pastel paintings on the Internet so we posted a note to call Jackie for information about buying prints and original works of art.
Skip ahead a few years and welcome WooCommerce to jackietheartist.com. I added a shopping function to Jackie’s site with payments through PayPal, and simple flat rate shipping. Now lovers of colorful floral and abstract images can appreciate and buy Jackie’s work online. Easy peasy.
The next step is promoting Jackie’s website with search engine optimization and social media. We setup a Facebook page for Jackie to post images of her latest work, and inspiration she finds around her.
If you are a small seller on a limited budget WordPress and WooCommerce are a powerful combination for putting your wares before the buying public. A simple website will showcase your products, and WooCommerce will take care of the back-end. Contact us to talk about your idea for taking on the world of ecommerce. We’ll help you develop a plan and realize your dream.
Stacey Thompson’s bridal salon in Torrance has received accolades from The Knot, and the local newspaper. Now her website reflects the elegance of the bridal gowns she sells.
Using the Nirvana theme from Cryout Creations provided the ability to customize a homepage with a photo slider, and beautiful grid layout of featured photos from each dress line the salon carries. Hover text provides the name of the dress line, and a click takes the viewer to more photos from that line.
The content is kept fresh seasonally with updated photos, and the latest bridal news and photos is found on Stacey;s Facebook and Twitter pages which are linked from icons in the website header and footer.
Visit Stacey’s website, you’ll enjoy the great photos. Make an appointment or stop by the salon if you are getting married, in a wedding, or need a formal dress for a special occasion.
This website was hacked while under development and the original developers abandoned the project.
MJ O’Brien Design gave the this ecommerce website a calm and welcoming new appearance, and Patricia made it functional again using Canvas/Fashionable, a WooCommerce compatible WordPress theme from WooThemes.
Of course, the first order of business was to install security software to make the site hack-proof. And then backup software was installed with regular backups scheduled to allow the site to be restored in the event of future calamity.
The site showcases Ayur-Medic’s line of skin care products and offers them for sale to retail customers as well as to industry professionals such as day spas and cosmetologists who have access to wholesale prices. Additional content is offered to professionals who must login to access it.
The resulting site is attractive and easy to use. And backed up daily!
Four to five times a year Judy updates her website with women’s clothing for the new season. Mary Jane O’Brien and I just completed the updates for the Winter, and Resort seasons. Judy’s classic clothing designs are offered in gorgeous new colors, and presented in beautiful photographs taken in lovely settings. Mary Jane has acted as photographer, and graphic artist for many seasons, and her work showcases Judy P Apparel’s styles to their best advantage.
An existing site coded in HTML/CSS, we update the content on www.judypapparel.com without changing the underlying site coding. Last year Mary Jane updated the site design, without changing the layout, and I made the CSS and HTML coding changes.
This season we added a LookBook, and photoshoot video to the site, as well as updating the homepage slideshow with photos of Winter, and Resort season dresses and tops. Then Mary Jane designs and creates eblasts to let Judy’s customers know about the new clothes available.
